ARRRR! Our first Halloween and I think we officially freaked out our son probably because we were dancing around like pirates, something he has never seen! We had a great time at our friend’s Halloween party. She put on a real show with jars of maggots, brains, and other goodies. There was even an apple bobbing game but in this case the apples were hung from the clothes line! It was a good idea I suppose until some of the older kids started swinging the apples and everyone had to watch their heads!
Somehow in the picture of the three of you – Mike looks surprisingly like a real pirate… must be the earing that suits him so much!
