This week we went to our first film as a family – Wreck it Ralph. The movie was playing Arg out local Ritz cinema in one of their small theatres – only about 15 rows of 6 seats across and a second section with maybe 4 rows of three. The seats were red and plush with great visibility.
Once we sat down and got comfortable, Ethan looked around, turned to me and said. “Blast off mummy?”. And I thought “yes, this really does look like a giant rocket ship!” How sweet! I think he was pleasantly surprised to find a film on the screen- and a great one at that!
Both kids enjoyed the film and the popcorn too! Amazing that Ethan sat through it – Tomas wouldn’t have at that age!
Mike and I also realized that this was our first movie together in Oz! Crazy!
